The Red Rock Center for the Arts (Martin County Preservation Association) in Fairmont, MN is seeking applications for a full-time, salaried Executive Director.
The Red Rock Center, housed in an 1800’s historic stone church, is a vibrant community-based nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering the arts, supporting local artists, and enriching our community through diverse performances and educational programs. The RRC is also an active rental space for a variety of meetings and special events.
The Executive Director provides visionary leadership, strategic direction in collaboration with the Board of Directors, volunteer recruitment and retention, and overall management of the organization. The ED is responsible for advancing the mission, ensuring financial sustainability, and cultivating community relationships. The ED will work closely with staff, board members, artists, volunteers, and community stakeholders to promote a thriving arts environment.
The Red Rock Center is looking for an outgoing individual with good communication, education, leadership experience and a passion for promoting the arts. The person must be capable of many office tasks as well.
