The Red Rock Center for the Arts (“Red Rock,” “RRC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a program of the Martin County Preservation Association (“MCPA”), a Minnesota nonprofit corporation exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (EIN 41-1728361).
