Martin County Preservation Association - Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of redrockcenter.org and the ticketing, class-registration, donation, and rental services of the Red Rock Center for the Arts (“RRC”), a program of the Martin County Preservation Association (“MCPA”), a Minnesota 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation (EIN 41-1728361). By purchasing tickets, registering for classes, making a donation, or otherwise using the Website, you agree to these Terms.

2. Ticket Purchases via TicketSpice
- Concert and event tickets are sold through TicketSpice at redrockcenterforthearts.ticketspice.com. TicketSpice and its payment processor handle each transaction; pricing, taxes, and any service fees are displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
- Season Pass (2026–2027): The season pass is honored only for the season for which it is purchased and is non-transferable except as set out in Section 4.
- Tickets are delivered electronically to the email address you provide. Please present your ticket — printed or on a mobile device — at the door.
- Seating is general admission unless otherwise noted. RRC reserves the right to change performers, dates, or venues; if a concert is canceled by RRC, see Section 4.
3. Class and Workshop Registrations
- Art education classes and workshops are registered through the Website or TicketSpice as indicated. Registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment.
- Some materials fees are separate and non-refundable; this is noted at registration. Scholarships are available for class fees (not materials) upon application.
- Minors must be registered by a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to the supervision and liability terms in Section 7 on the minor’s behalf.

- Single-concert tickets: full refunds are available up to 48 hours before the event. Within 48 hours, refunds are issued only if the event is canceled by RRC or for documented medical or family emergencies, at our discretion.
- Season Pass: refunds are available, less the value of any concerts already attended, up to 14 days after purchase. After 14 days, season passes are non-refundable. If the season is canceled by RRC, a prorated refund is issued.
- Multi-session classes: full refund if you cancel at least 7 days before the first session. Within 7 days, a credit toward a future class is issued. No refunds for missed sessions. If RRC cancels a class, a full refund or credit is issued.
- Single-session workshops (incl. “Brushes & Brunch”): refund or credit if canceled at least 48 hours in advance.
- Donations: donations are generally non-refundable; in cases of clear error, a refund may be requested in writing within 30 days of the gift.
- Processing: All refund requests should be sent to [email protected] or (507) 235-9262. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
5. Donations via GiveMN
- Online donations are processed through GiveMN at givemn.org/organization/Martin-County-Preservation-Association. GiveMN and its payment processor handle the transaction.
- Contributions are tax-deductible to the fullest extent of the law under MCPA, EIN 41-1728361. Tax receipts are issued by GiveMN and/or RRC.
- Recurring gifts continue until you cancel through GiveMN or by contacting us in writing.
6. 7-Tier Donor Recognition
Donors are recognized through a 7-tier system — Ensemble, Studio Circle, Gallery Guild, Spotlight Society, Director’s Circle, Masterpiece Circle, and Impresario Circle — with benefits as published on the Contribute page. Recognition applies to the annual giving period (fiscal year), is non-transferable, and benefits carry no cash value. RRC may modify tiers, giving ranges, and benefits at the Board’s discretion; any changes apply prospectively.

7. Historic Building Liability and Assumption of Risk
- RRC operates at 222 E. Blue Earth Ave., Fairmont — a 19th-century building with stairs, uneven surfaces, and preserved historic features. By entering the premises or participating in any program, you assume all risks of injury, loss, or damage.
- To the fullest extent permitted by Minnesota law, RRC and MCPA, together with their officers, directors, staff, and volunteers, are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your visit or participation, except to the extent caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
- Parents and guardians are responsible for the supervision of minors. For youth classes, the registering adult agrees to these terms on the minor’s behalf.
- RRC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
8. Intellectual Property
- Website content — including text, images, the RRC logo, and photographs of the historic building — is owned by RRC/MCPA or used with permission and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
- Artwork exhibited at RRC is owned by the exhibiting artists. Sales are processed through RRC, which remits payment to the artist less a 20% commission within ten business days following the close of the exhibition.
- Performances may not be recorded, photographed, or broadcast without prior permission.
- Content you submit to us (for example, photographs you share) grants RRC a non-exclusive license to use it in promotional materials.

We are committed to a welcoming, respectful environment for all patrons, artists, and staff. RRC may refuse entry or remove any person who is disruptive, intoxicated, or who violates these Terms or our policies, without refund.

11. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website and services arises in and is governed by Martin County, Minnesota, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts located in Martin County, Minnesota.
